Revelations a few days ago that Toby is MULTITASKING!! Actually there are at least three communicactions protocols that are probably illicit and are definitely taking up major bandwidth. This shouldnt usually impinge on processing time but somehow, IT IS! So, in order to rectify some of these issues there have to be some modifications to the turn reporting procedure. Turn reports are still due Monday at the same time, however reports will not be generated and sent until Wednesday. This has the added advantage of allowing more time toward turn resolution and also some error checking. Double turn generation for one should all but eliminate errors (though given that Toby apparently has all the spatial aptitude of a cat in a spin cycle that might be hoping for a bit much). Also outside verification will be an added feature. New features don't always guarantee good results but we'll see how it goes. Please bear with Toby, he's old and clunky but like all things, given a little leeway, he should settle down just fine. Sorry to the fragged 'bots.
